Repairs
All jewelry repairs are done here at the store by our Master Jeweler, John McCray, who has over 35 years of experience in the industry. We have a laser welder, which allows us to perform specialized repairs in house: sizing platinum rings, refurbishing antique mountings, soldering broken eyeglass frames, etc.
Watch repair and servicing
We service most quartz watches ~ replace batteries, crystals and movements, and size watch bands. Mechanical watch repairs are sent out to a trusted specialist.
Stone sourcing
Looking for that perfect stone? We have developed many reliable supplier contacts during our 20 years in business, so we can fulfill virtually any gemstone or diamond request, even something rare or unique.
Diamond resetting
Our Master Jeweler is skilled at stone setting ~ both for new purchases and for repairs. We specialize in resetting and refurbishing heirloom rings. Let us turn that out-of-date piece into something you really love!
Cleaning
We provide complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection to all visitors to our store. One of our trained staff members will inspect each piece to ensure the stones are secure and everything is in proper working order, and will then professionally clean each piece to a beautiful sparkle.
Appraisals
We have a GIA Graduate Gemologist on staff who works by appointment to provide insurance appraisals, and who can also help with estate values. Call us at 800-334-3066 to set up a time that's convenient for you.
Engraving
We provide in-store engraving services so you can really personalize your purchase.
Resizing
We want to make sure your new ring fits perfectly, and will gladly size it for you the first time free of charge. And of course, we are able to resize rings not purchased here for a nominal fee.
Special Orders
We require a 50% minimum deposit, with the balance due upon delivery.
Returns
Should you need to return your purchase for any reason, we offer a cash refund within 30 days of purchase.
Guarantee
We offer a one-year warranty for every piece we sell, which covers any problems that may arise because of manufacturing defects, with normal wear.
